摘要
本文通过使用向量自回归(VAR)模型分析攀枝花市的废水、废气和固体废物排放与经济增长之间的关系,以探讨该市在城市转型过程中的可持续发展策略。研究结果表明,废水、废气和固体废物的排放在短期内对经济增长产生一定的负面影响,但随着时间的推移,经济增长与污染排放之间的关系逐渐趋于平衡。为了推动可持续发展,攀枝花市应加大污染治理力度,发展绿色产业,优化产业结构,并实施循环经济模式。通过调整政策和技术创新,攀枝花市能够在实现经济增长的同时,减缓环境污染,推动绿色转型,为其他资源型城市提供了可行的转型路径。

Abstract
This paper uses the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model to analyze the relationship between wastewater, air pollution (emissions of industrial gases), solid waste, and economic growth in Panzhihua, exploring the city's strategies for urban transformation and sustainable development. The results indicate that, in the short term, wastewater, air pollution, and solid waste emissions negatively impact economic growth. However, over time, the relationship between economic growth and pollution emissions gradually stabilizes. To promote sustainable development, Panzhihua should enhance pollution control, develop green industries, optimize its industrial structure, and implement a circular economy model. Through policy adjustments and technological innovation, Panzhihua can reduce environmental pollution while achieving economic growth, offering a feasible transformation path for other resource-based cities.
